What do you love most about yoga?
Perhaps what I love most about yoga is that it meets one where they are and can give them what they need. Utilizing movement, breath and focusing our attention we can get a sense of calm, build strength, alleviate pain, manage stress, process trauma - all in a way that can help us live with more openness and ease off the mat!
Why are you volunteering to teach yoga for the PPS-SF Yogathon?
The practice of yoga has been such a gift to me! I jumped at that the opportunity to share it with a wider audience in a setting that supports the hard work of parents, children, and educators.
