We are excited to host our first-ever Yogathon on April 23 at The Women's Building. And we are proud to introduce one of our volunteer yoga teachers, Bryant Resch.

What do you love most about yoga?
I love the way yoga feels on my body. I am able to let go of any self doubt and move freely on my mat.

Why are you volunteering to teach yoga for the PPS-SF Yogathon?
As a parent who has a child in the public school system I am so happy to be a part of it. Navigating the whole kindergarten process was scary and stressful but Parents for Public Schools helped take some of the stress away. I am also passionate about bringing yoga to everyone, I truly believe it is a practice that will benefit anyone throughout a lifetime.

Yogathon highlights
  • Kids are free with their grown-ups
  • $25 in advance; $35 at the door for adults
  • Take one class or stay all day
  • No one turned away for lack of funds
  • Yogis of all levels are welcome
  • All proceeds will directly go to PPS-SF to fund our enrollment, parent leadership training, policy work, and more
